Koo Named to NFF Hampshire Honor Society

IRVING, Texas - The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced today the members of the 2017 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. A total of 1,089 players from 297 schools qualified for membership in the society's 11th year, both new single-year records in the history of the program.

Among those honored was Georgia Southern senior Younghoe Koo, who capped his career with an incredible senior season. The New Jersey native became the program's first FBS All-American when he was named to Phil Steele's third-team squad and was named a finalist for the Lou Groza Award, also a program first.
