STATESBORO– After earning the same honor last week, Georgia Southern senior Imani Moore was named Sun Belt Field Athlete of the Week again, the league announced Wednesday.
Moore showed out in her final meet at home, finishing second in the record books in the triple jump with a mark of 12.65m - breaking her previous personal record of 12.60m.
She also continued her strong stretch in the long jump with a mark of 6.34m, winning both events. That mark broke the Georgia Southern facility record set back in 2006 by Nicole Brown.
