NORTH MIAMI, Fla. - The Florida International University women's swimming and diving team picked up a 148-94 dual meet win over visiting Georgia Southern University on Thursday afternoon at the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center in North Miami, Fla.
Florida International, which was ranked eighth in the latest CollegeSwimming.com mid-major poll, individually captured all 13 events in the meet, with Georgia Southern swimmers getting the opportunity to compete in many different events than they had in earlier meets this season.
The meet is part of the Eagles' training trip over the break. The team arrived in South Florida on Tuesday and will be training through the weekend.
