STATESBORO — Georgia Southern’s already young offensive line took another hit Friday as redshirt-sophomore right tackle Brian Miller went down in Friday’s practice with a hip injury.
As of Saturday, Miller’s injury is still uncertain.
“He’s still being looked at as far as the extent of the injury and everything,” Head Coach Chad Lunsford said following Saturday’s scrimmage. “We’ll update people as we learn more, but our thoughts and prayers are with him.”
Miller started all 13 games in 2018 as a redshirt freshman and was on the field for 659 offensive snaps, a season high of 65 against UMASS and Louisiana-Monroe.
