Georgia Southern Baseball Raises Money for Vs. Cancer

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern University baseball raised over $13,000 for Vs. Cancer and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation this season.

The Costal Carolina series concluded with the Vs. Cancer game on May 1st, where player had their heads shaved at the end of the game by Vintage Barbers. This is done in support of all of the patients and survivors of cancer.

GS baseball has partnered with Vs. Cancer since 2015 and had a fundraising goal of $10,000. Georgia Southern baseball has now raised over $60,000 over all the years partnered with Vs.
