STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern baseball team filled out the coaching staff with two new hires and a position elevation, head coach Rodney Hennon announced on Wednesday
Three vacancies have been filled on the staff; Josh Minjarez, formerly a graduate manager at UT-Arlington, is the new volunteer coach for the Eagles. Chase Wullenweber, who was the catcher at Georgia State this previous season, will serve as the GS graduate assistant this season. Tyler Owens, formerly Georgia Southern's graduate assistant, has been elevated to the Director of Baseball Operations and Player Development.
