STATESBORO - Georgia Southern football took part in a summer programming sponsored by APEX to help learn personal management skills while also participating in community service events around the Bulloch County area over the last two months.
There were seven sessions total, including five educational sessions covering topics of brand creation, NIL (name, image and likeness), money management, interviewing and social media skills as well as a networking luncheon. The networking luncheon consisted featured representatives from 11 of Georgia Southern's corporate partners (Morris Bank, Quadraft Real Estate Advisors LLC, Statesboro Real Estate, Jarrard Pre-Owned Vehicles, LHJ Insurance, State Farm Insurance, Sully's Steamers, Soyumi and Saucy Shrimp restaurants, Aspen Aerogels, Southern Exchange, Shuman Farms and Pioneer Consulting).
