ATLANTA - Steven Fisk was disappointed with his 2-under 70 in the third round of the 51st Dogwood Invitational, but the junior remains in contention going into the final day.
The Stockbridge native is tied for 10th at 11-under 205, only four shots behind a trio of players tied for the lead at the Druid Hills Golf Club.
"I wish it could have been better," he said. "I gave back a couple at the end."
Fisk shot 3-under 33 on the front nine, including an eagle on the ninth hole. That's about the time the rain began to hit the golf course and forced players to deal with wet clubs and clothes for the rest of the day.
