BLUFFTON, S.C. - Led by a top-30 finish from junior Parker Claxton, the Georgia Southern men's golf team wrapped up play Monday at the Colleton River Collegiate, which was competed at the tough Dye Course of the Colleton River Club.
In the opening round, Claxton led the way with a 74 (+2) with a pair of birdies while sophomore Brycen Jones had a team-high three birdies in the round. In the second round, Brantley Baker carded four birdies en route to a 73 (+1). Adamson and Claxton both had a pair of birdies on their card to help account for the team score.
