STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern baseball team swept the series against the Miami (OH) RedHawks with its second walk-off in as many games, winning Sunday's game by a score of 10-9.
The RedHawks got on the board first, with their first two runs coming in the top of the second. A sacrifice bunt scored their first run, and a single through the left side scored a second run, giving the RedHawks a 2-0 lead. Stephen Krause would launch a solo home run to the batter's eye to give Miami a 3-0 lead in the middle of the third.
