STATESBORO, Ga. – This past weekend the Women's Tennis team traveled to Jackson, Mississippi and Monroe, Louisiana to face off against Jackson State and Sun Belt Conference opponent UL-Monroe. The Eagles would split the weekend defeating JSU on Saturday and falling to ULM on Sunday. Next up for the blue and white is a trip to Mobile, Alabama, where they will face off against Troy and Appalachian State in the second Sun Belt Pod weekend they will attend.
JACKSON STATE – The Eagles jumped out to an early lead against Jackson State after the doubles teams of Giulia Riepe/Arianne de Winter and Emilia Bujan/Ella Monsey defeated their opponents to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead.
