Georgia Southern Women’s soccer looks to continue their three game winning streak with a game against Stetson University Sept. 5 at 7.
The team announced Wednesday that the match would be moved from Stetson’s campus to Columbus, Georgia to avoid Hurricane Dorian’s path.
This match will be the eighth all time meeting between the two programs, the Eagles holding a one game edge over the Hatters from DeLand, Florida.
Both squads met last year where GS lost 1-0 in Statesboro. Stetson is currently 1-3 on the season, while the Eagles are 3-1 with a loss to the Big 10’s Maryland in the season opener.
