STATESBORO, Ga. – Sunday afternoon the Eagles opened up a three match weekend with conference opponent Coastal Carolina. The Eagles defeated the Chanticleers 4-0 to improve to 9-8 on the season and extend their winning streak to eight in a row.
The Blue and White began the day with a morning beach run to prep for doubles play. The Eagles took the doubles point with victories on courts one and two. Artemie Amari and doubles partner Stefano Di Aloy opened up the scoring for the Eagles when they defeated their opponents 6-1 on court two.
