SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – Georgia Southern Baseball's Ryan Cleveland and Evan Challenger have been named second team All-Sun Belt Conference following a vote of the league's coaches. The announcement was made at the annual Family Night which officially opens the 2016 Sun Belt Baseball Championships, hosted by Texas State University.
Cleveland, a native of Toccoa, Ga., has started all 56 games this season and leads the Sun Belt in home runs with 15. A justice studies major, Cleveland is hitting .296 on the season with a .615 slugging percentage. He has driven in 54 runs with 35 extra base hits on the year.
