GREENSBORO, N.C. – Erin Ballard (smallbore) and Ashley Judson (air rilfe) have been named the Southern Conference Shooters of the Month, the league announced today.
Ballard, a sophomore from Reedsville, West Virginia, averaged 577 in three matches for the month of January, topping her career high three times. Her 581 on Jan. 29 was the second-highest smallbore tally in program history. She also had an aggregate of 1,168 on Jan. 29, a personal best, which is tied for fifth-highest total in program history. She helped the team set a school record with a 4,621 aggregate on Jan.
