National Signing Day is Feb. 6 which leaves the Eagles less than a month to make their mark on the 2019 football recruiting class. After the early signing day in December, Georgia Southern ranks sixth in Sun Belt standings compared to finishing second in 2018.
GS had 16 prospects sign early with six of the signees already enrolled in classes this spring semester. The Eagles also had Oklahoma State running back transfer J.D. King enroll for spring 2019, though he won't be eligible for 2019, and Savannah State graduate transfer defensive back Donald Rutledge will be available for the 2019 season.
