Georgia coach Kirby Smart took time out of his Monday morning press conference to reflect on former coach Mark Richt’s retirement from Miami.
Smart mentioned the impact and inspiration Richt had on his own coaching career and wished him the best going forward.

“He’s meant a lot to me in my career, hired me, and has been very thorough and helpful in my career and has been a big beneficiary to the University of Georgia. Has given so much back to the University of Georgia and been such a good man and leader of this institution.
