Former Georgia greats Sony Michel and David Andrews won the Super Bowl Sunday with the New England Patriots. Michel, a first-round draft pick and the only player to score a touchdown in this year’s game, got his first ring, while Andrews won his second.
The starting center joined the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in the summer of 2015. In just four seasons with New England, Andrews already has two championships and three Super Bowl appearances.
Michel and Andrews played together at Georgia during the 2014 football season, when the former was a freshman and the latter a senior.
