Georgia football great Reshad Jones, now an all-pro safety with the Miami Dolphins, is coming off a season in which he recorded 72 tackles and had three interceptions.
That was a rather large decline in production compared to the year before, where Jones was among the league leaders in tackles, with 122 in 2017.
The drop off in numbers was in large part due to missing a couple games and playing a majority of the season with an injured shoulder that eventually required surgery in February.
During the Dolphins’ 20-12 victory over the Jets in Week 2, Jones partially tore his right labrum.
