Former UGA basketball superstar Anthony ‘Ant-man’ Edwards is finding a grove in the NBA in his rookie season for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Last year’s No. 1 overall pick leads all rookies in points per game (15.8) and in Sunday night’s 114-112 win versus the Portland Trail Blazers, totaled a career-high 34 points on 12 of 24 shooting, a career-high six 3-pointers and added 4 rebounds.
It was a career night from the floor for the 2019 SEC Freshman of the Year, but this dunk over Trail Blazer’s forward Robert Covington is what we will remember most from this game.
