The first two days of our national golf championship had plenty of heartbreak and heartfelt guffaws, bringing the world's best to their knees. But a few escaped with little loss of blood, and that includes a couple who matriculated in the Classic City.
After an opening 71, Kevin Kisner shot a 68 Friday to move into a tie for 19th. Chris Kirk also shot an opening 70, and came back in the 2nd round with a 73 (and moved the cut line to +4 and screwed some guys).
