Georgia football got off to a terribly ugly start of its game vs FCS opponent Murray State on Saturday.
After the end of the first quarter, it was 7-7. Georgia did not look like the No. 3 team in the country.
But then the Dawgs woke up and scored 35 points in the second quarter, rolling into halftime with a 42-7 lead.
It looks like Jake Fromm’s day might already be over, as backup Stetson Bennett entered the game late in the second quarter.
Murray State had a total of 8 rushing yards on 9 carries in the first.
