With the possible exception of Rodrigo Blankenship’s performance, Georgia’s special teams were considerably short of ordinary during Saturday’s 17-16 homecoming loss to Vanderbilt.

Blankenship brought some confidence to the Bulldogs’ beleaguered field-goal corps, accounting for 10 of Georgia’s 16 points on successful kicks of 45 yards (a career best), 22 yards and 36 yards, and the extra point after the team’s only touchdown.
