As reported early this morning by Dawgnation, Georgia sophomore wide receiver Dominick Blaylock has torn the ACL in his previously repaired left knee and will require surgery.
The injury occurred during a non-contact drill in practice Wednesday.
Blaylock tore the ACL in the same knee in Georgia’s match up with LSU in the 2019 SEC Championship game.
The questions is now where coach Kirby Smart and staff will make depth chart changes with Blaylock not returning this season.
The Bulldogs did, however, sign four 4-star receivers in their No. 1 ranked recruiting class of 2020, so while there may not be a ton of experience in UGA’s receiver room, there is tremendous talent.
