For years, I’ve heard rumors and whispers about the possibility of moving the game to Atlanta in some sort of rotation. It’s probably not a surprise to hear that most of those rumors and whispers came from Georgia fans. Some think having the game in Jacksonville gives Florida some kind of advantage, but that is hardly the case. The Bulldogs have a 50-42-2 record against Florida (Florida records show Georgia with one fewer win.) So the trip to Jacksonville really hasn’t had as much of an effect on the game as perhaps the coaches and players.
