D’Andre Swift balled out for Georgia in a crucial home win over Auburn. His 77 yard rushing touchdown all but sealed the win for the Dawgs. He tallied 186 yards on just 17 carries and also tacked on 4 receptions for 43 yards.
The performance earned him SEC Offensive Player of the Week.
Swift’s big touchdown run may not have been possible without some excellent blocking from both the offensive line and wide receivers down the field. David Pollack pointed out how key Jeremiah Holloman’s blocking has been for the Dawgs, helping them rip off huge runs the past couple of weeks.
