In another example of college kids doing dumb things, it appears that starting cornerback Juwuan Briscoe was arrested last night for failing to produce a valid driver's license and not wearing his seatbelt. He was booked into the Athens-Clarke County jail, and stayed for a significantly shorter time than it takes to enjoy dinner at Five and Ten.

Yes, in Georgia you actually get arrested for not having a driver's license.
