It was a big deal for Kirby Smart to see Brice Ramsey make an appearance at Camp Sunshine.
The Georgia football program made its annual trip to Camp Sunshine, a summer camp for children battling cancer located at Camp Twin Lakes, to spend time with those attending. Many of the children who attend Camp Sunshine are Georgia fans, considering the proximity of the camp to Athens.
And for Smart, seeing Ramsey, a backup quarterback who decided to return for his final year of eligibility, put a smile on some children’s faces was a good sight to see.
