“There are guys in the offseason workout that don’t want to work,” Smart said, as per the Athens (Ga.) Banner-Herald.
Smart has said that he was going to challenge his players this offseason in order to create toughness. When he took over as coach, he said that the players better get “comfortable being uncomfortable.”
Smart did not meet with the media in Macon, but he did speak for about 30 minutes and was asked about the quarterback situation and Nick Chubb’s health.
On the quarterbacks: “We have three guys competing for that job.
