The University of Georgia will host the 2021 Southeastern Conference Women’s Swimming Championships, as announced by the league office in Birmingham Wednesday afternoon.
The women’s championship meet will run from Wednesday, Feb. 17 through Saturday, Feb. 20 at Gabrielsen Natatorium, with only swimming events taking place in Athens.
The University of Missouri was originally slated to host the combined championship meet, but it will now be contested in three separate events due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Missouri will still host the men’s and women’s diving championships on Feb. 17-20 at the Mizzou Aquatic Center, followed by the men’s swimming championships on Feb.
