In Georgia football, the ethos at times is never getting comfortable.
This week, that applies to keep track of the roster.
In the plan of a few days, one offensive lineman and a linebacker have opted to transfer out with a graduate transfer flipping from Oklahoma to join the Bulldogs.
First thing’s first.
Notre Dame graduate transfer Jay Hayes has made it official that he’ll be headed to Athens. He initially committed to Oklahoma on April 15, but it turns out G-Day changed his mind...another reason why Kirby wanted the stands full.
Hayes will obviously be critical for Georgia on defense, especially if the goal is to have little drop off when a second group rotates into the game off the sidelines, not to mention with the graduation of Trent Thompson.
