Himself a big machine that’s red and black, Bawcum has been chugging down the track for 27 years – trying on occasion to leave Athens, but never quite being able to stay away from the Redcoats. Now his dream of all Bulldog dreams has come true. The Redcoat family and all its cousins that dress in Bulldog gear every Saturday are delighted.

About his Redcoat Band, Bawcum will march 430 proud into Sanford Stadium on September 7.
