According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, former Georgia running back Nick Chubb has signed a four-year rookie deal with the Browns worth about $7.4 million. Also, according to projections by spotrac.com, it includes a signing bonus of about $3.5 million.
Cleveland took Chubb with the 35th overall pick in this year’s draft, which came right behind his fellow Bulldog teammate Sony Michel. Chubb enters the NFL with 4,769 collegiate rushing yards under his belt – the second highest in Georgia history – and 44 touchdowns as well.
