As reported earlier, Georgia great Todd Gurley signed a record-breaking 4-year $60 million contract extension with the Los Angeles Rams on Tuesday. Players around the league reacted to Gurley’s deal with a mix of congratulatory tweets and questions about their own contracts.
Former Georgia cornerback Damian Swann tweeted out his congratulations to Gurley, a former teammate. NFL Rookie of the Year and current Saints running back Alvin Kamara congratulated the offensive player of the year as well.
However, Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell had other ideas.
The pro bowl running back congratulated Gurley, but he also took time to express some thought on his own contract.
