Saturday night, the No. 3 ranked Georgia Bulldogs play the Tennessee Volunteers in an SEC East rivalry match.
Going into the season, the media was calling this a potential trap game for the Bulldogs. Tennessee was beginning year No. 2 under Jeremy Pruitt, who was supposed to be the next Kirby Smart – a defensive minded recruiting guru who was groomed by Nick Saban at Alabama.
Buuuut, then the season started and Tennessee actually had to play football against another team. And that team was Georgia State, which manhandled the Vols in Knoxville. Since then, it’s been ugly for the Vols, but they hope to shock America with a win over the Dawgs.
