Mark Richt Meets With Media, Addresses Future Following Firing From Georgia

It wasn’t a total shock that the Georgia Bulldogs parted ways with now former head football coach Mark Richt. What may be surprising is how the coach is dealing with the decision by the school to fire him after 15 years on the sidelines.

Richt met with the media on Monday (along with the school’s athletic director Greg McGarity) and addressed what the future may hold, including the possibility of him staying at the school in a new role:

Mark Richt says goodbye. Would like to remain in Athens & says his future has yet to be determined.
