Floyd told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that junior Davin Bellamy has a chance to be special for the Bulldogs.
“You definitely gotta watch Davin Bellamy,” Floyd said. “He might be better than me. Don’t tell him that, though. But, yeah, he’s going to be a great player. I’m expecting big things from him.”
Bellamy (6 feet 5, 241 pounds), from the Atlanta area, is Georgia’s leading returning sacker with three; he also had 33 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, eight quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles.
Outside linebacker Jordan Jenkins, who also will be drafted next month, remains high on junior Lorenzo Carter.
