The Georgia women’s basketball team threw a party for themselves and their fans Monday evening, celebrating a return to the NCAA tournament after a year away from the big dance.

And about 15 minutes into ESPN’s broadcast of the tournament selection show, the Lady Bulldogs — a No. 8 seed — learned they’d be traveling to Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, to square off against ninth seed Indiana (20-11, 12-6 in the Big Ten) at 9 p.
