BATON ROUGE, La. | Freshman Caliya Robinson scored a career-high 19 points leading the Georgia Lady Bulldogs to their fifth-straight Southeastern Conference win with a, 58-47, victory against LSU Sunday afternoon. The win marks Georgia’s first in Baton Rouge since 2001.
With the win Georgia (19-6, 7-5) now holds a 24-20 all-time record against the Tigers (8-17, 2-10). The victory gives Georgia its first string of five straight conference victories since the 2010-11 season.
Robinson added 11 rebounds and four blocks to go along with her career-high points. She was joined in double-digit scoring by Shacobia Barbee, with 14 points.
