ESPN College Football analyst Kirk Herbtreit isn’t optimistic about the 2020 college football and NFL seasons. In fact, Herbstreit is projecting there to be no football for the upcoming season.
Due to concerns over the timeline of the coronavirus vaccine, which is projected to take several more months, Herbstreit thinks the 2020 season will not be played. The coronavirus is not slowing down at this point in time for the United States.
Additionally, there’s concern surrounding the massive amount of social interaction in football games themselves and throughout the stadium. Sporting events throughout the world have been cancelled for the time being, but how long will this last?
