With less than two weeks until Georgia football kicks off against Clemson in the season-opener in Charlotte, the Bulldogs are looking to get as many of their guys as healthy as possible before the big game.
Kirby Smart did not provide too much detail on Georgia’s injuries, but did give a little insight into what’s going on.
“We are hopeful to get those guys back soon — that is the plan with really all of the guys that are injured,” Smart said when asked to provide an update on some of UGA’s high profile guys.
Players like Jermaine Burton, Kearis Jackson, Arik Gilbert, George Pickens and Dominick Blaylock have all missed scrimmages or parts of practices recently, with Burton and Jackson returning to practice last week.
