On Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs suffered one of their worst losses in recent memory as they were stunned at home by the unranked South Carolina Gamecocks. The loss sent the Dawgs plummeting down to number 10 in the polls and was characterized in large part by a general lack of energy on UGA’s part, something that coach Kirby Smart said that he noticed in warmups.
When he did a pregame radio interview with WSB 750, Smart said, “Our team is not ready to play right now, we’ve got to get our team ready to play. We’ve got to get ready to go execute, it’s going to be a physical, tough game.
