It’s been nearly four months since Georgia fell to Alabama in the 2018 College Football Playoff Championship Game. While some team members are using the loss as motivation, their head coach is not among them.
On Saturday Kirby Smart addressed his takeaways from the title game loss and how he doesn’t use the three-point defeat as a means to motivate.
“I don’t even talk about it, so the fact they’re talking to y’all about it is just because you asked,” Smart said. “If you ask our kids, their immediate response is, ‘Oh yeah, it’s motivation. It’s motivation.
