On offense, the honors went to receivers Lawrence Cager and Dominick Blaylock. Blaylock in particular had an impressive game, gaining 112 yards including a 60-yard touchdown. Cager also contributed a touchdown of his own.
On defense, the designation went to defensive lineman Tyler Clark, who had 1.5 sacks, linebacker Tae Crowder who recorded three tackles, and defensive back Tyson Campbell, who also had three tackles.
