Keith Marshall’s first in-game action in nearly a year was just a short six-yard spurt.
But still, the senior noticed the cheers.
“I was like, ‘man, that wasn’t even a good run,’” Marshall said. “I just heard everybody screaming. It was really something that dog nation was behind me.”
Three plays later, Marshall rushed three yards for a touchdown in Georgia’s shortened 51-14 win over Louisiana-Monroe Saturday.
