The Georgia Bulldogs men’s basketball team took down South Carolina by a score of 74-69 for their second straight road win in conference play. Silas Demary led the Bulldogs in scoring with 15 points. RJ Melendez finished the night with 12 points, marking his third straight game with double-digit points.
In the first half, the Bulldogs managed to keep the Gamecocks from gaining too much momentum heading into halftime. Georgia trailed by six with 4:52 left in the half, but rallied for a 10-0 run due to eight quick points from RJ Melendez. The Bulldogs struggled from behind the arc, going 2-9 in the first half.
