Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm is the poster child for your traditional “Georgia boy.” While not acting as UGA’s starting quarterback, Fromm has been known to spend a lot of his time in the backwoods of Georgia hunting and fishing.
However, Fromm’s last trip to the pond didn’t play out quite like the others.
Unfortunately, Fromm suffered the most SEC injury I can recall, as his fishing trip was cut short and he was sent to the hospital Thursday after an incident with a fishing lure. As seen below, Fromm got a lure stuck in his leg which led to a nasty looking injury.
