Jacksonville Jaguars cut former Georgia football LB

On Friday, former Georgia linebacker Ramik Wilson was cut by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Wilson, who had a solid career and was taken in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs, played last season for the Los Angeles Rams. On a one year contract with the Rams, Wilson played in 16 games with four starts, recording 35 combined tackles, two passes defended and a forced fumble.

On May 1, 2019, Wilson was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars, returning back to his home-state of Florida. During final roster cuts yesterday, he was released.
