If you need a refresher, and I wouldn’t blame you one bit if you did, the date was August 31, 2008. Georgia had just dispatched Georgia Southern 45–21 to open the season. I remember the game for two primary reasons: the concession stands were out of ice in the first quarter, and AJ Green caught his first UGA touchdown pass.
From where I was sitting it was a pretty good effort.
