Sam Pittman’s collection of large adult sons got just a little larger this evening with the pledge of Houston County guard Trey Hill. Hill, a consensus four star recruit, chose the Red and Black over offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, and Clemson.
The 6’4, 345 pound standout is rated the #2 offensive guard in the nation by 247Sports, and the #6 player in the Peach State. Calling Hill "massive" is like calling Stone Mountain "a rock." He has a thick lower body and impressive leg strength. He’ll have to be on guard to maintain his weight, but Hill has all the tools to be a fixture up front for the ‘Dawgs.
